Andrew joined BeautyHealth as President and CEO in February 2022, bringing more than 25 years of global beauty and retail experience and a proven record of scaling businesses internationally. He has led the transformation and growth of iconic global brands across Asia Pacific, Europe and the Americas, leveraging his deep expertise in multi-channel marketing, branding and digital engagement. Prior to joining BeautyHealth, Andrew held senior roles at Coty, including as head of the Consumer Beauty business in Europe and, most recently, as Executive Vice President, Americas, where he led Coty’s portfolio of Luxury and Consumer Beauty brands across the region. Andrew also served as Global CEO for Kylie Jenner Beauty and oversaw the Kim Kardashian West business for Coty. Andrew spent a number of years at Coach (Tapestry, Inc.) as President & CEO of both the Europe and Southeast Asia Pacific businesses. He began his career in consumer goods at Unilever and L’Oréal, holding progressively senior positions in marketing and country management leadership roles. A native of England, Andrew graduated with a master’s degree from the University of Cambridge and has lived and served in leadership roles in eight countries across four continents, including seven years in Asia.
