Prior to joining The HydraFacial Company, he served as Executive Vice President of Marketing, Growth and Ecommerce for plus-size women's fashion retailer Torrid through their IPO.
Before joining Torrid, Ben held Chief Customer Experience Officer and Chief Digital Officer roles at Tailored Brands, parent of Men's Wearhouse as well as Jos. A. Bank and Bebe respectively. He previously led shopping business development for Google. Ben served in a variety of apparel merchandising and corporate strategy roles with Target and began his career at the Boston Consulting Group. He graduated from Harvard Law School and Princeton University with Honors.
