    Marla is President and Chief Executive Officer of BeautyHealth and has served on the Company’s Board of Directors since June 2022.

    A serial entrepreneur and visionary brand-builder, Marla is the founder and former CEO of Bluemercury, the disruptive omnichannel beauty and spa retailer founded in 1999. Marla brings a track record of building enduring and authentic brands and delivering significant value. She led Bluemercury from inception to a strategic sale to Macy’s in 2015, and continued to lead the company as an independent business unit of Macy’s until 2021. Under Marla’s leadership, Bluemercury’s presence spanned nearly 200 brick and mortar stores, a thriving e-Commerce platform, a highly penetrated loyalty program, and private label product brands M-61 Powerful Skincare and Lune+Aster Cosmetics.

    Marla has been recognized for her exceptional entrepreneurial success and leadership in business; she was an Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year National Finalist in 2015 and one of Goldman Sachs’ 100 Most Intriguing Entrepreneurs in 2014. Today, Marla is Chair of the Advisory Board of Harvard Business School’s Rock Center for Entrepreneurship and the Center for Public Leadership Advisory Board at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government.

    Marla holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of California, Berkeley and Masters degrees in Business and Public Administration from Harvard University.

    Michael serves as Chief Financial Officer of BeautyHealth, bringing with him nearly 15 years of experience as a public and private company CFO and more than 25 years of accounting and financial management experience. With a track record of driving financial and operational success in high-growth businesses, Michael previously served as CFO of Casper Sleep (NYSE: CSPR), following the company’s IPO, and as CFO of Nutrisystem (NASDAQ: NTRI), quintupling its market cap and overseeing a key acquisition during his tenure. He began his career in the commercial audit practice of Arthur Andersen LLP and later served in progressive financial management roles at numerous growth-focused companies. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts from Villanova University and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

    Ron serves as BeautyHealth’s Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for BeautyHealth’s global sales operations and growth, driving focus and synergy across all markets. He is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in product commercialization and revenue generation at premier aesthetics, dermatology, and medical device companies, as well as high-growth startups. Prior to joining BeautyHealth, Ron was the President and CEO of Sientra, where he successfully revamped the company’s go-to-market strategy, expanded its market presence, and drove substantial revenue growth with a focus on profitability. Previously, Ron was the President and General Manager at Almirall Dermatology and VP of Sales and Marketing at Allergan.

    Sheri is a highly accomplished industry leader in the areas of global supply chain and manufacturing operations. As Chief Supply Chain and Operations Officer, she leads all aspects of the Company’s supply chain and operations, including manufacturing engineering, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, logistics, customer experience, and more. Sheri brings more than 30 years of progressive global operations experience to the role. Prior to joining BeautyHealth, she led supply chain and operations for global medical device and medtech companies, including Avantor, Inc. and Medtronic, and held positions of increasing responsibility at Honeywell and Fabrico. Sheri holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in organization management from Concordia University, and is the recipient of a number of awards, including Global Operations and Business Services Leader of the Year.

    Mingo oversees all commercial operations for the Asia-Pacific region, as President, APAC. He first joined BeautyHealth to launch Hydrafacial internationally, setting up a direct presence in major markets and working with key opinion leaders and distributors to expand the business across medical and non-medical channels. He brings a successful track record of 25 years in medical devices and aesthetics for Solta Medical, Johnson & Johnson, and Boston Scientific.

    Jon serves as President, EMEA, overseeing all commercial operations for the region. A longtime beauty veteran with a track record of delivering transformational growth, Jon has built teams and strategies for consumer product businesses around the world. Most recently he served as Chief Commercial Officer for the Americas at French spirits group Rémy Cointreau. Prior, he spent more than 20 years at L’Oréal, including as General Manager for the Australia Consumer Products division, where he led a strategic return of the group to profitability.

    Chief Marketing Officer Carrie is a proven leader and industry veteran in aesthetics. She oversees marketing initiatives globally to drive awareness, growth, and strategy for the Hydrafacial brands while strengthening and expanding the Company’s market position. Prior to joining BeautyHealth, Carrie held multiple leadership roles at Galderma, overseeing the company’s aesthetic pharmaceutical and medical device brands. As Vice President and Global Franchise Lead, she drove global business strategy, pipeline development, and product lifecycle management. Additionally, she served as Vice President of Marketing, where she focused on expanding the U.S. aesthetics business. Before her tenure at Galderma, Carrie spent over a decade at Allergan, where she held various marketing and clinical leadership roles.

    As Chief Human Resources Officer for BeautyHealth, Celeste is dedicated to enabling growth through a strong people agenda. A passionate and strategic HR executive, she previously held progressive HR leadership roles at healthcare titans Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson and Medtronic Diabetes and most recently served as Chief People Officer of high-growth startup Crossover Health, scaling the workforce 10x during her tenure. Celeste is a member of the Board of Directors for SCAN, a not-for-profit Medicare Advantage health plan, and Ideal Image, a national medspa with 150+ locations in 35 states. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from Geneva College and an MBA from the University of Southern California.

    Paul serves as Vice President and General Counsel and has nearly 30 years of legal experience. Prior to joining BeautyHealth, Paul worked as the Division General Counsel for Spectrum Brands, Inc, managing global legal affairs for its Hardware & Home Improvement division. Paul has held various senior legal positions for public and privately held global companies. Prior to his in-house legal career, Paul was a commercial litigator for 13 years, litigating and trying a wide variety of cases in state and federal court. Paul received his A.B. magna cum laude in Government from Harvard University and his J.D. magna cum laude from Indiana University.
